Two of our favourite things. Capability training and solving a live business issue. We worked with Ellie Cobb, Kate Moorcroft and the teams at Proper and Eat Real to upskill the their innovation capability and to immediately apply those new-found skills to solving a current innovation challenge. Our training focused on identifying innovation territories, ideation and developing concepts. We designed the training around a current innovation project that the teams were wrestling with so that they could kill two birds with one stone – improving the capability and progressing the project. And all of this in the space of just 4 hours!
